The rules for using OneClickSurplusFunds. Please read them before you start.

Acceptance of these terms

  • By creating an account or using OneClickSurplusFunds, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
  • If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

What this platform is

  • OneClickSurplusFunds is an education and operations platform that helps you research, organize, and manage surplus funds recovery work.
  • We are not a law firm, a government agency, or a substitute for official public records. Nothing in the platform is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
  • Public records shown in the platform come from third-party government sources and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Always verify with the official source before acting.

Your account and conduct

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account.
  • You agree not to misuse the platform: no unauthorized scraping, no bypassing rate limits or access controls, no uploading content you do not have the right to use, and no using the platform to violate any law.
  • You remain solely responsible for your outreach to claimants, your fee agreements, your filings, and your compliance with state and county rules on licensing, solicitation timing, fee caps, and required disclosures.

Surplus funds recovery rules

  • Laws governing surplus funds recovery vary by state and county and change over time. Many states impose fee caps, waiting periods before contacting claimants, licensing or bonding requirements, and mandatory contract disclosures.
  • You are responsible for knowing and following the rules that apply to each claim. Some jurisdictions restrict non-attorneys from performing certain work or require attorney involvement for court-held funds.
  • We may surface statutory references and playbooks to help you, but those materials are educational and not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

Payments, plans, and refunds

  • Subscription and one-time purchases are billed through Stripe. Plan pricing and features are shown on the Pricing page.
  • You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.
  • Refund requests can be made through the Contact page and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable law.

Content and intellectual property

  • You retain ownership of the claim data, documents, and materials you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the platform for you.
  • The platform, including guides, playbooks, templates, and software, is owned by OneClickSurplusFunds and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell our proprietary materials without permission.
  • Educational products such as the Surplus Funds Secrets guide are licensed for your personal use after purchase and may not be redistributed.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every surplus funds opportunity will result in a recovery or any income.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneClickSurplusFunds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • You are responsible for verifying all information and for your own business decisions. Claims of income or recovery are illustrative, not typical, and not guaranteed.

Termination

  • You can delete your account or request data deletion through the Contact page.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms, abuses the platform, or exposes us or others to legal risk.

Changes and governing law

  • We may update these terms from time to time and will note the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OneClickSurplusFunds operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
